"In the garden of my body, flowers bloom with love." Devany Wolfe
At this time of the approaching December, and final Full Moon of 2019, it is time not only to reflect on where we've been this past year, in our heart's journey. It is also time for letting go and focusing our energies in the directions we want to flow forwards in 2020.
We are being invited to explore this through the Root Chakra!
Our physical body. The vessel which holds our soul.
And our physical and material world.
This image shows a man with bull horns, representing Taurus and his third eye is illuminated.
Flowers bloom at his glowing feet and he is bathed in a rich hue of coppery red! The colour of the Root Chakra!
The feet, the root, the heart and the third eye chakras communicating to activate mastery over our choices in the physical world and our physical health.
Tend to the garden of our life now. There are things that need weeding. There are parts that need watering and extra nourishment. There is a preparation for winter, and spring, needed now and at a steady and manageable pace.
Our physical body and systems need our attention right NOW. Especially with the holiday season approaching. It can be difficult to maintain a healthy approach to consumption...of all kinds!
Choose this week, to be the time you bring your physical and material needs to the front of the line and make a loving and clear plan for yourself. Pay attention to what your body's needs, and tend to these needs with priority and kind care.
The Root and Heart chakras are energetic partners. When we feel connected, safe and nurtured within our physical body, and our sense of self-trust is strong, we open our hearts more. We feel safer. We trust others more willingly. We seek connection, rather than avoid it out of fear of getting hurt, or not trusting our instincts..
It is important to tend to our spiritual and soul desires. It is equally important to tend to the physical earthly realm and our divine vessel. Let go of any fear of changing your regular routines in order to tend to unfinished business in the 3D plane and get material world more in order for the coming new decade!
Where have left the garden of your life untended?
The December Full Moon is helping us to let go of all that we wish to leave behind in 2019.
What better way to get things moving by focusing on showing up how we want things to be in 2020...NOW!
