Notice how the waters of a river meander.
Her waters gently flow over and around branches, stones, and other natural debris.
Sometimes her movement is gentle and soothing.
Other times quite rapid and intense.
No matter the quality of movement, she always eventually finds her way to great mother ocean.
Along the way some of her waters evaporate to nourish the sky, some will nourish the soil beneath and some will commune with the ocean.

Water is the lifeblood of our planet and our bodies.
The flow of water throughout our own bodies serves as a metaphor for how Life itself flows through us and expresses as us.
Are you allowing the natural flow of life right now?
Or are you fighting or blocking its flow?
Have you noticed the flow? Is it more gentle and slow, or intense and raging?
Which ever it is, are you honouring it with awareness and floeing with it...or against it?
Paying closer attention can help you navigate the waters, or at least get a sense of what is to come as you flow along.
It will change along the way.
Either way you are moving forward, and just like the river will end up where your destined ocean is.
Any resistance you hold right now is hampering your ability to make a decision.
Surrender to the flow.
Watch for the signs along the riverbank and the river itself will give you clues about what is best for your highest good.
