Hawthorn is the equivalent heart medicine of the Celtic world. Hawthorn berries and leaves are know to have medicinal and spiritual properties, and are made into teas and tinctures. They are the trees associated with the realm of the Fae - the Elemental Guardians of the Earth and sacred spaces.

Both of these plants provide physiological and spiritual support for those who share in them.
