I’m Amanda
Over many years of supporting women as a clinical therapist, consciousness coach, energy healer and shamanic practitioner I have supported the compelling transformation of many women. Now, I am honoured to support you, dear Sistar.
Exploring how your thoughts, emotions, and sensations connect with your beliefs, body and soul is a big part of your healing process. When you become aware of, and feel, the energy of your thoughts, emotions and beliefs within your body you receive valuable information to create new choices, and update your old operating system. Your 'aha' moments awaken your inner wisdom. When you experience something challenging through a new lens, you open new pathways for nurturing trust and potential within yourself. The path clears for you to connect to your own truth, your unique nature and your sovereignty within your life.
In my personal journey of healing, I have navigated all sorts of human and soul upheaval. Despite having many friends and a loving family, there were many years of feeling "out of place". My teenage years and early adult life were laced with well-disguised anxiety, people-pleasing, and poor boundaries. Traumatic separation from my joy, my light, and unexpected dissolution of best-laid life plans led me into disorienting heartbreak.
There were barrages of misplaced guilt and hidden shame tethered to "who I was supposed to be, for everyone else; for society", which caused a drought of trust in myself, and my self-worth well to empty frequently.
Somehow, I deeply knew change was possible. I heard the sacred call, over and over again, to dive into myself rather than run away or bury the pain. I had allowed fear and doubt to unsettle my trust and inner knowing for years.
Even though I looked like I had it all to the outside world, I was disappearing inside.
These growth points brought me to a powerful precipice. Each time I have stood at this edge, I have felt the call to come home to myself. To find ME! The ME that is separate from what everyone else needs, wants or expects me to be. From this precipice, I have learned how to leap into my own arms of belonging and love. We are being invited to do our healing NOW, so we can return to the sacredness of life and evolve our humanity for the generations to come.
The Divine Feminine calls us to create a new paradigm based in love, acceptance and balanced use of power. As you reclaim and create this within yourself, you are offering that same energy to the collective, to your families, to your communities and the world.
