Musings for your sacred heart, mind and soul
Imbolg Ritual
Warm and bold Imbolg (Imbolc) Blessings to you!
Imbolg, translates from Irish Gaelic to mean “in the belly”. The quickening within the Earth Mother's belly is strengthening as we move forward through the wheel of the year. New life, new light, new opportunities, old projects and dreams brought forward into renewed light, infused with a sense of vitality, and potential.
Traditionally, in Pre-Celtic (pre-Christian) cultures, Imbolg(c) is honoured at the time between Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. Often between Feb 1-2nd. Although this year, 2022, the Feb 3rd is the exact archaeo-astronomical date. This time is known as both a time of celebrating the energies of early spring and a portal for healing.
The Essence of the Wise Woman Weekend
A space for women to come together to reconnect with themselves, nature, and their inner wise woman and. A safe and nurturing time to receive a deep sense of support, appreciation, and understanding within themselves and with each other.
My intention for our Wise Women Weekend gathering at Windhorse Farm was to create a very safe and nurturing space of belonging and community. A space for women to come together to reconnect with themselves, find a deep sense of support, appreciation, understanding within themselves and with each other.
Spelling: The Energy Of Language
Why do words carry so much power?
I’ve spoken about the energy of language before on social media, and this idea comes up constantly in private client sessions. Recently, it came up in a dowsing workshop I taught, when someone asked these questions:
How does intention affect how our words are felt and experienced?
Such good juicy questions! The questions themselves, as well as the group discussion, reiterated for me why it’s so important for us to have practices that pay attention to the language of the body - it has so many messages for us.
Raising Heart Consciousness Through Ceremony And Ritual
Transform daily patters into sacred rituals.
We practice ceremony and ritual every day of our lives.
So much of this is unconscious, which leads me to question if we can truly call it ceremony and ritual?
Sisterhood
Sisterhood. What does this mean to you?
Much of my work is with women who desire to create a more loving and accepting relationship with themselves. I support them to connect with their own wisdom, learning how to read their bodies, their intuition and how to change beliefs that keep them feeling small, insignificant, weak, scared, undeserving, undervalued....the list goes on!
Story behind the brand…

Sacred Holotropic Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful healing tool for processing what's been held in the body on a cellular level and in the subconscious.
Processing something means looking straight at it. Holding it lovingly and courageously in that uncomfortable, and perhaps even scary space. You might feel a strong impulse to move really quickly through, away from, or around the scary, uncomfortable, or painful experience. Whether they’re thoughts, memories, or emotional states. It’s ok. It’s not your fault…
Follow your Fear
I was so nervous....
I was reminded how much I love singing, how incredibly uplifting, and joy-filled I feel when singing.
While away on my Breathwork training, Spiritdance, at Lendrick lodge in Scotland, we began each training day singing and moving to sacred songs. I looked forward to it every day! ..
